DEPUTY EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Aloha Narajos is a recent graduate of the Justice Studies program at the University of Guelph-Humber, with an Honours Bachelor in Applied Sciences and Diploma in Community and Justice Services. In the future, she hopes to pursue a certificate in Mental Health Intervention at Seneca College. She first heard of Peace of Mind Canada back in 2018 and had the opportunity to speak at YAMHIS 2018 held in Toronto in front of dozens of individuals, both strangers and loved ones. Aloha knew after participating in that event, she wanted to do more to help support the movement of mental health awareness. From there, she joined Peace of Mind Canada and has been helping in its development and expansion over the past 2 years. She uses her own experiences surrounding mental health as a means to empower others and support those who may be going through similar struggles as her own. Aloha is excited to be working closely with the current POMC team in order to bring in new initiatives, events and more to the organization. In her free time, she loves to create Spotify playlists to share with others, play online games with her friends (such as League of Legends, Valorant, and Stardew Valley), and is a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks Yonge & Avondale.
